Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

At Mythetrix Consulting, customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with Ontario consumer protection laws.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

  • Physical products are eligible for refund if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the purchase.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is defective

🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items

  • Digital files, templates, or eLearning courses once access or downloaded

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

  • Services that have already been rendered or initiated

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges will not be offered as the same physical items may not be in stock.

💵 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are refundable only if the item is defective.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email erik@mythetrixgroup.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Package the item securely and return it to:

Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

⚖️ Your Rights Under Ontario Law

This policy does not override your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. You may be entitled to remedies for defective goods or misrepresented services under applicable law.

🔗 Severability

If any provision of the Return and Refund Policy is help by be a court to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provision will remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
