For over a decade, I’ve watched both business owners and skilled professionals struggle to connect — not due to a lack of opportunity or talent, but because outdated systems and rigid processes continue to dominate the way companies operate.

One conversation changed everything. I was speaking with my construction employer at the time, and he was frustrated — he'd tried everything to find a reliable worker: job boards, recruiters, word of mouth. But he couldn’t find anyone who matched the temperament and skills he needed.

What struck me was that I personally knew multiple people, recently finished school, who were a perfect fit. This disconnect sparked a realization.

I envisioned a full-service consulting and support company that could help businesses thrive — from hiring and training to safety compliance, scaling operations, and implementing modern systems.
